Design consisted of the HVAC systems for MCI's Switch Facility. Facility includes 26,000 SF of telecom switches. HVAC systems were required to be N+1 which included 670 tons of water-cooled down-flow computer room air conditioning units, roof-mounted air-cooled condensers, distribution pumps and building management controls. The electrical distribution system includes a 2n design of electrical power system. Design included two electrical services from local power company, 1.5 MW standby generator, six 6,000 Amp DC Battery Plants, 100 KVA UPS, and fire alarm system.

Facility includes 44,000 SF of training rooms, broadcast studios for school live and post radio and television productions, and administration areas. HVAC systems included variable volume air-cooled roof top air conditioners, variable air volume terminal boxes with electric heating, and building management controls.

AISD High School - Central plant consisted of 2,000 nominal ton chilled water system to support approximately 590,000 S.F facility. HVAC systems consisted of gas-fired double-effect absorption water chilling/heating units, cooling towers, pumping systems (primary and secondary systems), piping systems, building management controls and ventilation. Facility consisted of lecture halls, science labs, 1000-people cafeteria, kitchen/culinary facilities, band/orchestra/choir halls, library, T.V./radio broadcasting studio, and 45,000 SF Competition.
